You didn't say if you had any mods dependent on custom tunes?
The other thing is performance tunes have a max of 2500lbs for towing. So if you have mods dependent on custom tunes then get a custom tow tune. Your will want to find a sticky in gryphon programmers that I wrote up about hex codes and what to do with them after you get the gryphon.
