Default New issue "discovered"

My invoice # 3657 for a new custom tune not done. I don't take my truck out much so in addition to my original problems of rough running, I have noticed that on the freeway on a level surface crusing at about 1700 to 1800 RPM the motor seems to have a small pulsating surge.(on canned level 2). It almost feels like the truck is riding on a bumpy road but its the engine or transmission causing the "feeling". I only have 17000 miles on it and its mostly around town driving, so this problem is while on the freeway at 60 to 65MPH. Its not constant, It usually happens on a level road, (no hills). Since going back to canned tunes I don't have the rough running issue I experienced before around town type driving. I only take it on the freeway maybe two times a month. the truck is the wife's grocery getter, or her drive to work 3 miles a day.
When merging into traffic or into the car pool lane the truck runs good when getting up to speed where I sometimes use WOT.
Has anyone else reported similar issues?
