Changing Digital Readout from KM to Miles

I purchased a FX4 Cluster to install into my XLT for cosmetic reasons, and the cluster and everything functions 100 percent, the only issue im having is I guess the cluster was from a canadian truck because the digital readout displays the mileage in KM's instead of miles.

I read in the owners manual if my truck was equipped with the message center there is a procedure to switch it back and forth, if not visit a dealer.

Anyone have any idea how I could change this?

Odometer: Registers the total miles (kilometers) of the vehicle.
• With Mini Message Center
• With Full Message Center
Refer to Message Center in the
Drivers Controls chapter on how to
switch the display from Metric to
English.


MESSAGE CENTER (IF EQUIPPED)
Units (English/Metric)
1. Select this function from the
SETUP menu for the current units
to be displayed.
2. Press the RESET control to
change from English to Metric
