The biggest concern is to MAKE SURE the programmer has been returned to stock. Have the customer take a picture of the device display showing a "0" in the upper right corner. This indicates the programmer is, in fact, back to stock. Otherwise, you are going to get stuck for the $75.00 unlock fee.
The other big concern is to make sure you order the right device for your vehicle. Make sure it's for the 2004-2008 series truck. The 97-03 version will not work on the later models and vice-versa. Let me know if there's anything else we can help with. Take care.
