Due to issues with the cable failures due to incompatible versions of firmware, we do not offer upgrades or tuning for the 1997-2003 F-Series gas or 7.3L diesel trucks. The device is the same, except ours comes in a black case. The tuning is where the differences are. If you've already got an Evolution, just stick with it and order whatever custom tunes you'll need. This will be the most cost effective route for you.
