Trying to diagnose a "problem"...
Recently my truck started to cut out when making easy acclerations after first starting up. I've switched my Aeroforce gauge to monitor ICP and IPR duty cycle. I took picks to show what #'s I'm getting at various speeds and rpm's. None of the picks are under accleration, just cruising. I did do a quick WOT from 45-55 and I noticed ICP reading jumped to 3083 quick for a second, then down to 27XX, the back to normal cruising readings. I figured since it mainly happens after I first start up (morning and evening..evening temps being in the high 90's. TFT reading when I first start up in the evenings is already 100*.) that it may be oil related, currently running 10w-30 synthetic. Fluid levels are good. I also noticed that the transmission is lagging a little bit in its shifts when transmissions temps get up around 195* (truck fan has been kicking in). I mainly use the 140 tune becuase it is the smoothest tune for the powerband.
Now a better description of the issue. Like I said, first crank up and start driving...maybe a 1/8-1/4 mile and it starts bucking. Like the signal to the injectors flicker.. like a bad light ballast causes lights to flicker. I can drive the rest of the way and most of the time it WONT do it anymore. Every now and then it will do it.
Only code I have is P0830...which I think thats a GPR issue. Also I passed CCT.
Thanks for any input...
