well my truck isn't 4x4....i have a 2001 f150 king ranch with 38inch Mud Graps for that!!
the 4.6 STX is my everyday truck since the 01 gets like 8mpg lol i have 4.56 in my 01 truck with the 38'z and it feels strong i know it is prob a lil undergeared but it feels good. I feel it is faster then when my new 2006 truck was stock. I do drive on the highway so i think the 4.56 is a little too much gear if i can find 4.30'z 4.33'z i will have them installed if not i will prob shoot down to the 4.10

Yea, I'm in the same boat. Can't find any reverse cut 4.30's. I am going with 4.56's. Most of the people I listen to say if your changing gears, make it worth your while. Currently running 3.55 open diff on my 4x4, going to 4.56's with Detroit truetrac rear diff. I'm sure it's going to feel like a whole new truck. Recently added 315-75-16's from my stock 265-70-17's. Looking forward to new gears and my gryphon to be ready. Just have to keep my right foot under control while the gears break in.

Keep me up to date on that setup, I'm thinking about the exact same gears and Tru Track...I have 3.55 gears and do a lot of towing on the highway and can't decide between the 4.10s and the 4.56s...I don't like running with the OD off all the time, but don't want to destroy my gas mileage either...decisions, decisions...

Will keep you updated. I don't tow, but have some a few hills to contend with. I checked a few gear ratio / rpm calculators online, and found the 4.56's shouldn't make the engine scream like I thought it would. Try 4lo.com for their calculator, enter your info, and see what you think. I was starting to get paranoid about ordering the 4.56, but feel better about it now. Still need to order master install kits, but will post when they are installed. Hopefully in the next week or two. Later, jumpn

I've sent Bill a message on this as well, but figured I'd post here as well. Looking at the Update status in Pegasus, it looks like serial number 1642 is the current unit Bill is working on. My serial number is 1612 and I don't have any custom files available. Hopefully, this is just a mix-up.

Again, same here. Sent a PM to Bill night before last, haven't heard anything back yet. I'm serial # 1590. I've checked my spam folder and haven't seen anything in there. I guess I'm not alone?

I see Corey has visited your UserCP. My guess is, she's "on it". Jumpn, I don't have an answer for you, sorry!

I'll just keep poking around in here for updates. Not trying to hijack this thread at all, it just seems to be the most active one. Hope to hear something soon!
