Edge Product has discontinued the Edge Evolution 2, but we still provide support and tuning for it.

Corey, as I type this, it is 3:34PM in Gaw-Jah. And, it is almost midnight, 11:34PM in Dubai. So, an 8 hour time difference.

I have a question .. should i have to connect the Gryphone to the truck while am trying to download the custom tunes ??

No, you first set the tune back to Level 0 (stock) in your truck. Then remove the Gryphon. On your PC, start Pegasus and then connect your Gryphon to the PC through a USB cable. If your tunes are ready, you download them by clicking on Updates->Targeted Functions.

Once that all finishes, simply unplug the Gryphon from the PC, turn your truck's ignition to ON (but do not start it) and plug the Gryphon back in to the truck. Then, you can install your new custom tune.

The screen shots are a bit small to make out any details, but I can see that the serial number we have on recorddoes not match the one that is displayed in the software. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it sure isn't 1311 which is what your download has been set for.

Please provide the correct serial number so we can get the download corrected.
