 Well... that's a new one.  The first thing I'd recommend is to return the vehicle back to stock and use the Pegasus software to update your unit. This will clear out the firmware as well as any possible invalid "stored" settings. If you need any help doing an update, let me know and I'll be happy to walk you through it.
