Just an FYI but according to their calendar:
http://dygytalworld.ehost-services13...s/calendar.php They are closed most of this week for thanksgiving. They were either going to see family or had family coming in if I remember correctly. And with Corey being sick the better part of this month it may be next week before an answer can get posted.
