Come to think about it now?
I don't think I have ever seen it pop up when I go back to stock either. Hmmmmm........ Interesting. ![]()

And, I THINK the Gryphon will "see" and display a P1000 code? Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Th gryphon will see the P1000 code because I've had it come up when I returned to stock. I was thinking that the cause of your lack of code could be from differences in year model but it looks like we are all in the same '04-'08 year bracket (or at least Jack and I do). I guess that is a quirk that your two trucks have. Kinda like my speedometer is right on with the gryphon display among other things.

Thats the difference in mine and yours right? Not between you and Jack's?
That would be interesting to see how many other trucks will do that. ![]()

You can only clear that code by driving the truck.

I can only speak of mine 03' Ford F150 FX4 Lariat, I don't know about others, but I would like to know if they're are others. I get the P1000 code every time I switch it back to stock
