Dont worry you just updated the canned tunes. Go back and click the [Custom File Download] with the gryphon plugged in.

That's exactly what you did! As Longshot told you, custom tunes are installed by using [Updates]->[Custom File Download]. And, you haven't hurt anything!
Make sure your truck is back to "stock" before you bring the programmer in though. Edit: Sorry for jumping in here Longshot, your advice is dead accurate! You just beat me with your second post. - Jack
