Unfortunately, the same calibrations would not work on all of the trucks.

If the 99s are both Late 99 trucks or both Early 99 trucks, they may use the same calibrations and therefore only require two chips. The 00 F550 will require the FU2 package because of the injector modifications and the necessary tuning modifications to run them. The 97 will also require it's own FU because it's different than the rest as well.
