To get your serial number: "Go out to your truck, turn the ignition on (leave the engine off) and select: Diagnostics->Tech Support->Version Info. Ignore the warning message that comes up. Your Serial Number should be on the screen along with some other information, and in general, it should match your invoice number"
This is about the same proceedure to get your HEX calibration code.

Sent my edge in on last Tuesday, seems so weird not having it there to look at. Truck seems like such a turd now, can't wait to get it back and feel the difference.

No kidding! I hated it when I sent mine it too. I couldn't imagine driving it completely stock now.
Just keep in mind; it will be worth the wait!

I know I can't get an exact time of how long it takes, but will I receive an email confirmation when they receive my programmer or is when I get contacted for payment the confirmation, how long for that? Just a general idea thanks.
