So, it's a brand-new unit? I could be wrong, but I've got a bad feeling about it. I DON'T think you should be having these problems unless it's something you're doing that you are not aware of and we are not picking up on. But, I doubt this applies in your case.

Your symptoms also don't seem to be the usual low battery-related problems. I especially don't like the fact that it showed itself back at "stock", when your truck was operating at a higher level.
