Verify what the hex code is when you plug the Gryphon in. It seems to be a mix-up on Corey's part when we did two Gryphon upgrades.....it just so happens that the other customer got your hex code and you got his.
Please post your hex code so Bill can make sure that he gets the right ones on the server for you. (It will likely begin with TNAA) We apologize for any inconvenience.

Go to the powerhungry website at gopowerhungry.com and click on the "support" tab. From there, go about halfway down the page for the drop-down menu of Pegasus.
Download and read the installation/users guide about how to use the update client. (Download both from the website) I will be putting your programs together tonight and Bill will upload them to the server.

Ok followed your directions. I have the manual (pdf file) down loaded.

I just finished putting your tunes together and Bill will be putting them on the server.
You will want to have the truck programmed to stock. Attach the Gryphon to your computer. Perform the update through "custom file download" or "targeted functions" depending on your software version.
