Hard Start FICM?

Does the FICM have a relay or just a fuse? I'm thinking its a relay, but not sure. Might want to check that out, symptoms sound like a relay going bad and not actuating every time.

Well the drivers side battery was dead. The ground on the other battery was loose. Replaced the battery tightened the groud. The thing turned over but wouldn't start. Sent the ficm to swamps supposed to get it back on tueday
