Hmm, well I can tell you that I honestly didn't know the answer until you asked. So I opened up Minotaur to see if I could investigate. While you have a project open and have the project window selected, you can select "Mark" on the toolbar and then pick Help. This will bold different variables that help information has been filled in on. Closed and Full Throttle defaults happen to be bolded. You can then select the bold item in its respective parameter, map, function window and press F1. These happen to say "This is the default value used when a sensor error has been detected." Now what causes the PCM to think there is a sensor error I'm not sure.

Those are sensor error defaults. If the APP sensor is open or shorted, these are the minimum and maximum values that are allowed.
