Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled)
Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here.

Default tune question

I'm going to order a chip but what tunes should I get? I got a 02. Have not looked to see if I have pmr's or not. I got a jasper 7.3 so I don't know but I want to play it safe. Its not a daily driver nor do I haul a lot of stuff but I do love horsepower so what tunes so I go with? Is the 120 race tune to risky? thanks!!!!

Someone with more knowledge than me will answer your ?'s about rods, etc but I'll tell you I like the 120 race best of the tunes I got. Throttle response, shifts, on & on. When I don't have a trailer hooked up the switch just seems to jump on that position...lol

As for the pmr rods,, the thing is that is really up to the driver as for how long they will last.. I feel you should be more than safe with the 120 tune. If you drive it like you stole it everyday than anything will come undone. Bill's truck and my work truck both have pmr's, and lets just say they are both running alot more than the 120 file and either one has had any issues..
