Sounds like you've got the new 6.4L Recall Update from Ford.
Look here: [pi][/pi] Follow the instructions for the install and use the "Gryphon Update Manager" to download the latest updates. Current Firmware is 3.02.0596 Current Calibration is 1.02.0681 Make sure those are selected from the drop-down boxes on the updates menu. If you have any further questions, give us a jingle.
