We have been dealing with this for a long time now......
However, if you give me until Saturday morning, I will transfer all of the fuel maps from my programming for my personal truck (I'm as picky as they come). I see what the problem is...or what the problem most likely is. I'll be back on here when I finish to let you know when everything is done. |

Bill and everyone at PHP have given me the BEST service, just because your truck has some issues that others dont, making it more difficult, doesnt mean they are at fault... if you want perfect get a live tune, that being said they are very tolerable of posts such as this.

Thank you for the update. Russell had be talking with you about all this, and he lost your phone number. We have the programmer, but not the same computer....how do we get that programing, onto another usb ? Activation Code needed
This is Carleen on behalf of Conrad and Russell....I have the disk and have installed, but unable to activate software or get updates. Rusell no longer has access to original computer he installed on.

Need New Access Code
I am writing on behalf of Conrad and Russell in Edmonton. The original computer that was uploaded cannot be accessed any more. I need a new access code so we can install the updates. Please advise asap....We need to get the tune updated.
