FU2 Chip - No help in problem - who can reply?

Thanks for the Stage 2 programing, but we have had nothing but trouble from the beginning with this tune. The main issue was smoke from day one with the stock injectors. We tried Stage 2 injectors from Full Force and worked with them together with Russ the Ford Mechanic, and still were unable to get the tune to work correctly. We are still experiencing smoke, although slightly better, but the fuel consumpution is very very poor. Full Force recommended we try the Stage 1 Single Shot Injectors, so have now put those in to try to get the power and smoke and fuel tuning together. We have been working on this problem since we first purchased and are not seeming to have very much luck. The single shot stage 1's are 50hp above stock. We really need to have a Stage 1 programing for these injectors so the truck can run properly, as all other trouble shooting is not working. Can you do up a program for me so we can resolve the issues? Little stuck on trying to get this working.....

Thank you for getting back to me. We were charged for the re writing of our original tune, on the 3rd re write. We have been trying to solve the smoke problem and had to change the injectors and now waiting for the right tune to run the truck. We have been trying to get this resolved for months now. As we have paid already for changes, it is possible to have a discounted rate for the New Tune...yet again....and if so, what is the guaranteed time it will take to produce? We need a firm date, as waiting all these months is quite frustrating.

I have the tunes selected for my programing.
How do I get the new programming done? What is the final cost as i have paid for rewrites on the first tune...and when can they be done?
