Where do you live?
You have two options, there are no 6 position chips for the 6.0's. That is a 7.3 item. If you want to get tunes, just order a CS and when it comes you be able to see what your hex code is. If its a code you don't like then you'll know the code and can have the truck rolled back. But you'll have the canned tunes on the CS, and if you like them leave it alone, if you don't you can order custom tunes for it. or.... You can also order the insight CS and that will tell you your hex code, and then order custom tunes for an SCT from PHP or another vendor.

Thanks for the reply's Jeremy,
I'm in Louisiana, Looking at how they were starting to offer custom tuning software for the 6.0 guess I made the assumption it would come with a 6 position chip. It must just re-flash the ECM? So it boils down to just deciding on sct or cs/cts... It will not affect the tunes that come with them "canned tunes" if I decide to do ecm/ficm rollbacks? |

Right, it doesnt really matter what your hex code is when it comes to "canned" tunes.....just the custom ones.
