no the tn kit is a garret bb three different sizes to choose from includes the pedistal all the piping hoses and hardware. actually it looks like a very well put together kit all the piping is stainless stee and it also has the flex up-pipes in stainless. They also sell an aftermarket intercooler that's supposed to flow gobs better than the factory unit.

Ford Powerstroke

for 2500.00 it looks like a good deal.
I want to trick this thing out a bit and make some really decent power. Like around 400hp.
Give me the lo down on how to get there.
I think though my next upgrade is to install 3:55 gears and a posi.

It would help us to help you if you fill out the signature block in the user CP. Do you have 4x4, what size tires? These are factors to consider if your thinking about going with a higher gear. If you're never going to pull anything too heavy, 2x4, factory size tires..go for it. Personally I wouldn't because you sacrafice torque for HP. It just comes down to your use and need for the truck.

What gears do you currently have?

ok I did the siggy.
can you tell me what is a buzz test. I watched a video a while back on you tube from powerstokehelp.com and when they turned the key on the injectors sounded like they were sparking or buzzing. I can't here that on my truck.

AutoEnginuity FAQ

Injector buzz test actuated the solenoids on top of the injectors. This can only be done with certain types of OBD2 equipment such as AutoEnginuity, Snap-On MODIS...my Aeroforce gauge can also run injector buzz and cylinder contribution test. The diagnostics tools like what you get at Autozone won't do these test.

Not familiar with every model of snap-on scanners, but is say your chances are good. Look up what type he has and see what functions it has.

At the main menu screen choose Functional tests, from there you will see the injector buzz test available.
