What kind of gains are being seen by this programming? Fuel usage, power improvements etc? I would rather have one programmer instead of having to use two so if I can get good improvements with this I will go that route instead of a custom tuned CS. Thanks for the help guys!

The ficm programer offers you:

Mileage tune:
40hp Atlas tune:
80hp Atlas tune:
100hp Hurcules:

If you dont have head studs, the 100 hp tune is not recommended.

You can use the superchips tuner aswell if you want to, it should be able to remove the speed limiter, but thats the only advantage it will have in a six speed truck over the FICM programmer. IMO

What kind of fuel mileage are you seeing with this programmer? Also, does it come with the EGT probe?

You bet, will do. Heading out of town for work, should be back by sunday. If it arrived should have some results posted monday night. Its been at canadien customs since the 22 just got released today! I guess they wanted to make sure i wasnt going to terrorize the country with my php programmer

I really hope it works like I think it will. Only remaining questions are fuel consumption, does it come with the monitor probe and can it turn off the CEL for the EGR delete.

I would start out with the studs. . . Any significant change to horsepower is going to put you on the fast track to head studs anyhow. . . All the damage they cause, is the expensive part. Assuming you running the 6.0L. . . .
