No, you misunderstand, Jack. It just seems to me that sending it in would be by far the simplest way since they are always so busy with their business and family. I do not fault anyone but myself for this. I'm the one who keeps modding my truck and am more than thankful for all that Bill has done for me, and for free at that. I'm probably the customer who has gotten the best deal in PHP history.
