I figured it out. As Rays dad on "Everybody Loves Raymond" would say, [B]HOLY CRAP[B]!!! All I had to do was turn my TrendMicro security off. Its always the tiny things that'll foul us up sometimes. After that, all went smooooth. Cant wait to try it out, but its raining here and I live on a small curvy road. So I will wait til I get up in about 7 hrs. Thanks for the help anyway.
So, If anyone reads this.... if everything seems right and you still can't download yer tunes, try turning off the security |

Yes, a firewall WILL interfere with Pegasus's ability to connect with PHP's server. It's too bad that TrendMicro doesn't have a popup that asks you if it's OK to connect. This feature seems to be lacking in many firewalls. It's an example of poorly written software in my humble opinion.
By the way, there's a free firewall that's always been very highly rated called ZoneAlarm. It DOES give you the option to allow a connection or not (without turning it off). - Jack

Just wanted to post and say thanks for all the reply's. Nice to know that there are members on here that will help; and best of all...commission free!!!
Wehewwww!!! I see J&J posts all the time dishing out helpful advise. But I do have one question pertaining to custom options/standard shifting. The manual states "Positive values will cause later shifts while negative values will cause shifts to occur sooner". My thoughts ( and correct me if I'm wrong) are that if you set the upshifts to a neg., the truck, under normal accelleration, will shift at a lower mph/rpm. This should make the truck get a little better fuel economy, provided you dont have a heavy right foot. But on the down shifts, wouldnt you need to make the value on the positive side? Because, according to the manual "pos value = later shift". Say I'm in od w/ conv locked up @ say 60 mph. I sart up a slight grade. I want the truck to delay my downshift...so wouldnt I want pos values? I've found out that learning to use the programmer is sorta trial-and -error. Its becoming easier the more I play with it. ![]() |

I've also cranked my Torque Converter lock/unlock points as far negative as possible too, since I don't drive like a scalded ape. ![]() - Jack |
