The CHT has to do with both the adjustments to AFR and the adjustments to the timing curve. Both will raise CHT slightly but, as Jack said, it's not anything to be concerned about.
The T/C lockup in 4th is a relatively simple fix. I just don't get why some trucks do it and some don't. Anyway, we just need to change the tip-in lockup delay and lock points to correct that. Glad you're enjoying the ride. I do have to give you a little crap for goofing around with a youngster in the truck, but it sounds like she's at least having a good time. Besides, I can't say I never did that myself.  Get with me next week and we'll tweak out the rest of the stuff for you. Take care and have a great weekend!
