Ok, that's what I was looking for, just to be sure that what came was normal and I wasn't alone. So is actual throttle position used in calculations or does the computer use the values determined from this chart?

Don't quote me on this, but I believe that the Inferred Throttle Position map has to do with cruise control operation....The axis are kind of reversed from the normal MFD map and it makes sense to me how that would be the case. However, I can just about guarantee that your cruise control probably works just fine, right?
