Question about Warranty - Edge to Gryphon
Corey or Bill,
Just wondering since I will be changing my Evo to the Gryphon Firmware and Custome Tunes, who should I goto for waranty issue if I have a problem with the actual Programmer. (If it turns out to be hardware issue, ie actual programmer) Thanks Bill |

After conversion, the warranty should be handled through us, although Edge will still honor the warranty in a pinch. It's just that it is part of our private label agreement to handle any hardware issue and do our best to keep them out of the direct customer loop.
