Default Headers and custom tunes...worth the $$$ ?

I currently have a 2006 F150 5.4L 2WD AFE Intake Tube only, Magnaflow Catback side exit, 2 LPD trans coolers, 4:10 Posi, Gryphon Custom tunes and its f*n awesome! I currently have 58k and have had this set up since 15k with no probs! My question is is it worth going for a header system like Banks Torque Tubes or should I go all out for a Dynatech Longtube Header System w/ tunes to match from Bill..? If the hp/tq is not really gonna change a whole lot, I may wanna just leave it alone. Any advice?

If you are going to do headers go with the long tubes along with high flo cats.
Are they worth it?
Sound wise yes.
Performance wise yes.
Mpg wise 50/50 mixed reviews.
