Reflash!?!?
OK...
Ordered Gryphon in January and patiently waiting for custom tunes. In the meantime, I'm debating whether to have my PCM reflashed at the dealer for the latest updates. I'm having some tranny shudder/shift issues and my heat is either hot or cold (no variation in the temp control). Will this change hex code? Is this info Bill needs? Of course, I'll return it to stock program before taking it to dealer. Just didn't know how this will affect the application of tuner / custom tunes. Thanks for any info. 'preesh, Rich

If you should decide to bring it in and they do reflash then your going to need to get the hex code and put in your user cp right away.
Start a thread also here: http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/calib...date-requests/ Its your call! But the longer you put it off the closer your tunes are to being done and if they do get done and you reflash, there could be extra charges involved for the rewriting of them. .

Thanks for the info. I didn't know if the hex code was a function of the PCM hardware or a indicator of the version of software. That clears up my question.
Thanks again!

Yep,
The hex code calibration is the cornerstone on which your custom tunes are written. Peace!
