6.4 tunes towing and egr?

Bill,

I recently had my tuner switched from the 5.4L to the 6.4L and I am curious about a few things...

I ordered it with the off-road tunes (DPF delete)

1, what tunes should I be running while towing? (around 8000lbs)
2, do any of your tunes shut off the EGR? I want to run the block plates but not sure that I want to see the check engine light with those codes
3, Do you do custom tunes? I can upload from pegasus? Or is that gassers only?

Also TCM programming? Wheres that at? I had to ask.
