The Conversation Pit
This is where EVERYTHING else goes. No subject is too mundane. How's the weather in your area? Did your kid cut his first tooth? Really, what do you think about the President? And don't get me started on Cummins and Duramaxes. Have at it!

The most painful thing I have ever dealt with besides breaking both my hands and cutting a finger off in the same accident is trying to find a leak on a hydraulic hose.
If you ever have a leaky hydraulic hose it's cheaper in the long run just to replace it. I was trying to find a leak when I grabbed the wrong spot on the hose. Just when I grabbed that spot I was injected with hydraulic fluid. Spent 2 weeks in the hospital going through blood therapy, dialisis, transfusions, and two surgeries to debri the area. I was only 12 at the time.

Ouch, ouch, and OUCH! Dude, that makes my story look like a bad day at the beach. I had a guy I worked with do the same thing. He was troubleshooting a hydraulic leak and did the "Oh, look! Here it is." bit. As soon as he ran his finger of the hole, he cut the tip of his finger clean off halfway up his fingernail. People don't realize the cutting power of high pressure fluid!

Bring back Windows™ XP and 7.
Windows™ Vista and Windows™ 8 is a pain in my a$$!
Windows™ 10 is only slightly less annoying!
Windows™ 11 is garbage!

Much to my surprise, I'm actually quite enjoying Linux!

Being over eager in my youth was one of my downfalls that day!
Especially when my dad told me not to touch anything until he came back!
