Thanks, that DOES make sense now. I'd certainly try Level 4 and report what happens. And, thanks for not getting upset by my questions.

It is beginning to sound very much like Bill simply needs to "tweak" your tune.

Its cool, it was just late and i have been working a lot, so thoughts were not clear. I reinstalled the tuner so i will let you know how it acts. I like to have an intake on the truck, i guess im one of the lucky ones whos CEL light comes on all the time.

After re-installing the program the truck is running fine without the CAI and runs fine on any setting now.

Is there anything we can tweak so i can run the CAI??

I would wait for Bill's "fix".
From what I've read in the smokers forums, your device may need an update.
Not unless Cody or DJ have any recomendations?
