Got 2 KC HiLites on the front bull bar. Only LED on the inside is the dome light, but I got LED's on the license plate and 3rd brake light.

The mod looks good. That is also the cleanest engine bay I have ever seen. I dont think mine came off the lot that clean!

I also like the red theme. I went with a blue(interior)/black(most aftermarket add ons)/grey(original equipment). Tonight I might get my tripod out and take some good pictures of the interior neon and stuff. I could go under a walmart sign to have a blue overglow. lol

Good looking work and a nice looking truck, Rob! I think you're going to be happier with this CAI than with the commercial one. You'll probably be able to sell the "noisy" one.

Thanks Jack.

Honestly not sure I even want to mess with selling it. It's been trouble enough. Think I'll hang it from the garage roof and hit it with baseball bat every time I walk by.

Longshot270, Did you oil the inside of the cone on the K&N filter? I don't have any instructions on how to oil the K&N filter.

I dont think I did because it absorbed from the outside. Here are the instructions.
filter recharge.pdf
...it should be readable but here is the link to their website instructions.

Thanks Longshot!

Guess I just didn't put enough oil on because it didn't really absorb through that much. Put some more oil on and will let it sit till after lunch and then install it.

Just make sure you dont over oil the filter. That is the biggest danger of these kinds of filters.
