Mark,

I will have to take a closer look at the canned tunes for you calibration and see what I can come up on that. I am going to assume that the symptoms and cause are similarly caused by an Open Loop transition problem.

I don't think these issues are caused by line pressure problems because we add little, if any, pressure at light throttle and all pressures are progressively controlled by throttle position and load. The more throttle and load, the more pressure is applied to the clutches.

Keep me posted.

Bill I am experiencing the exact same problems do you believe the updated file would fix it?

Please be more specific.
Are you using canned or custom tunes?

Cam,
These would be targeted file updates for those other customers and wouldn't be applicable for your use.
I'll post a note for Cody so Bill will look at it.

I put hard copies of the concerns on Bill's desk. He was awake all night and is still walking around now so I would expect him to look at this stuff mid-afternoon.

He is still aware of it. He hasn't gotten the issue resolved yet.

I feel sorry for anyone who has paid such good money for a faulty product, and then there is no support behind it. You would think that if there is too much workload going on, new hires would be brought in to close this gap.

Normally, I would keep my mouth shut on this type of isse b/c I haven't experienced any problems myself.....until now.

Yesterday, I pulled up to a stoplight and all of a sudden it felt like my truck was sputtering...almost like it was not getting enough fuel or something. I started to drive it and it continued for a mile or 2...then stopped on its own. It felt VERY unhealthy for the truck. The issue did not repeat itself throughout the rest of the day. I haven't driven it yet today.

My plan is to see if it starts to become a recurring issue. If so, I may make an attempt to get it fixed but I might just set it back on my tow tune and let it be.

I'm not being bitter at all here...I'm speaking as a guy who sells services to the federal government where customer service is EVERYTHING. Without it, our business cannot sustain or grow. I truly hope PHP can get over their "busy" issues and close this gap for those of us that are having problems b/c word of mouth goes a long way.

I figured as much. Luckily, it hasn't happened again. Might have been an anomaly. We'll see what happens. Have you tried calling PHP? I've called and have gotten through to Cody before on multiple occasions. If I were you, I would call, call, call, and call again...if you can't get through, call again...and again. You'll get ahold of them sooner or later and I'm sure they'll help you out. I'll follow up if I keep having the same issue.
