The Conversation Pit
This is where EVERYTHING else goes. No subject is too mundane. How's the weather in your area? Did your kid cut his first tooth? Really, what do you think about the President? And don't get me started on Cummins and Duramaxes. Have at it!

Default Yeehaw

Just got my custom tunes today from the shop. Bill, you're dang good at what you do. Many people get frustrated because it takes longer than excpeted to get there orders filled. All i can say is patience patience. If you cant reach Bill by phone or email, just try the forum at 2:30 in the morning. Lol. The truck drives great now. No skipping, nice performance for a 4×4. I couldn't help but take on a new GMC Sierra two wheel drive coming home to test the custom tune out. Lets just say i let him catch up at 70 mph just to see the look on his face when i blew his doors off.....again. I began questioning the avg mileage reading on the programmer when i noticed i was getting 19.5 mpg at 75 mph! Awesome!

Cool

Yeah, as the truck runs more powerfully it throws off the mileage even more.

Uhhh the lie-o-meter will say your mpg is whatever it wants to say... that being said best I ever hand caculated(mind you 2wd here, SCSB truck, so only 7k) was 22 mpg, with a load in the bed actually, so I probably weighed like 8k, anyway drive it nicely down the highway and you can see some decent mileage, just alotta other factors.. enjoy the tunes!

I thought it had something to do with those gosh darn hickups! Yeah when we got to the next red light the other guy blamed it on his speed limiter. Bwahaha. Sorry dude but you just flat out got your butt handed to you. Excuses excuses. Still not as fast as the wife's new 5.0 mustang though. Thats ok though considering it is a supercrew 4×4 with auto tranny. As long as i can still beat those chevys and have decent mileage. Ah, who am i kidding, just beat the chevys.
