Default Power Hungry Performance Engine Dyno

Good day, all! Hope everyone is doing exceptionally well. We have been updating folks on Facebook as well as a few side posts on our forum, but we figured it would be time to get this out for everyone to see!

We have been working over the last year to get our new SuperFlow Engine Dyno up and running. Due to certain limitations in construction materials, battles with Covid, and other delays, this has taken a bit longer than anticipated. Thing are finally moving forward and we're extremely excited!!! Over the last couple weeks we've been able to get the test cell completed, the floor finished, and now we are in the process of installing the dyno. We're really hoping to have this up and running in the next few weeks. (Please see the attached pictures)

Once the dyno install is complete, the plan is to begin building our custom, dyno tested and certified, commercial and performance engines. We will be building the T444e, DT466, and DT530 engines for the for International vehicles, as well as the 7.3L engines for the Ford Power Stroke equipped trucks.

These engines will be built to the customer's specifications for either racing applications or for repower applications. All components, including the injectors, turbo setup, high pressure oil system, and select engine internals can be spec'd and priced into the build based on the power output desired. Once the engines are built, they will be broken in, tested, and tuned on our dyno so that you know exactly what it is your getting. You want 400 HP? 500 HP? 600 HP or more? We'll build it and prove it before it ever leaves our facility!

This is an exciting new venture for us and we are really looking forward to serving the Medium Duty Truck market as well as continuing to provide quality products for the Light Duty Ford Truck market.

In the meantime, stay tuned for updates on the dyno installation. As soon as we get it up and running, we'll have an awesome treat for you. We'll be making a video of the initial dyno shakedown with the break-in and testing of a 448 CI Ford FE engine that will be installed in our F600 build. This is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

If you have any questions about the Orion software, the Hydra chip, or any of our other products or services, please let us know.

Now that is sweet!! That's just what I need!! Or is that just a want?? LOL

You sure don't need me to say this. But.... You're going to have a lot of fun with that!

Edit: What's the HP, FTLB, RPM range of this dyno? You all are doing it right. I believe (imho) that every shop that builds performance engines, needs a engine dynamometer.
