Default O-ringed heads

Has anyone on here O-ringed a set of 7.3 heads? I see it is common on the 6.0 and 6.4.

How much boost can a set of O-ringed heads handle with factory head gaskets and ARP studs?

Is it a good alternative to fire ringed heads? Are they more suited for daily use?

Thanks

It's not uncommon, but only necessary for race applications.

If you'd like, speak to Brian Jelich at https://www.jelibuiltperformance.com/ and he can give you the lowdown on o-rings and boost capability.

Bill,

Thank you for the reply. I will have to give Brian a shout. I am not looking to do it for a race aplication, but for compounds, so 80 to 100 psi.

Thanks again,

David
