canned tunes the same as evo
Hi guys
I am new here and thinking of converting my edge to a gryphon. I don't think I would get custom tunes to start with as I only have a cat-back so far for mods. I wondered if the canned (factory) tunes for edge and gryphon are the same or different? Also is there any fuel mileage tune for long drives? cheers saleen |

The canned gryphon tunes are slightly better than the edge tunes. Depending on your truck, a performance tune with a very nice foot will get pretty good mileage. One trend I've seen is that if you have big tires the tow tunes can sometimes get better mileage on the highway because it is tweaked to improve torque.
