Default Possible tuner issues

Hello, I got my hydra a couple months ago and it’s been doing great, but since I got it I’ve had a couple issues, I got jelibuilt tunes on it and my trucks completely stock as far as I know injector and turbo wise, my issues are if I have it in “modified stock” or “dragripper” it doesn’t like to shift into overdrive unless I switch it to another tune, let it shift then go back to either tune, second issue is it doesn’t seem like it likes to hit boost in any of the tunes other than “modified stock” but then it leads to my first issue of not shifting, if anyone else has had these issues and found fixes let me know, I’ve also tried canned tunes from the hydra program and the truck absolutely hated them

Going to your last sentence:

Can you describe "truck absolutely hated them" please? It doesn't help figure out an issue - either on your truck's part or tuning.
