If they appear OK but problem still persists you can temporarily add your own by using a set of jumper cables from the engine to the battery negative, and from the frame to battery negative. This will prove that there is (or isn't) a ground issue.

checked all the grounds, none loose, went ahead and hooked jumper cables to everthing i could get my hands on(block, body, frame, radiator support) and back to the negatives on the batteries. still nothing. Truck went to a local 7.3 guru shop this am, waiting on an a answer.

IPR..... used the old one in my new adrenaline cause it was working fine before and i was trying to save a lil money. Bit me in the ***. Thanks yall for all the info though.
