If I am thinking straight (which rarely happens these days), the one he gave me on the service ticket is not the one that I remember seeing on the order form.

I just want to verify that your displayed HEX code is, in fact, TEJF3PZ (which is what you have listed in your User CP) because the files that we built for you are for RXDE5E2, which will obviously not work at all.

Please let me know which is the correct file so we can get this resolved.

Yes that is my correct hex code.I dont know where the other one is from.May be in the confusion I got someone else's.

We'll get 'er fixed up for you right away. I don't know where we ended up with that other calibration code, but it's definitely a mistake on our part. I apologize for the mistake and appreciate your understanding.
