6.0 pacific northwest

Hi, Bought a 06 PSD KR in Maretta Ga in Aug 08 and had it shipped to Seattle,Love the truck but the performance from stopped to about 20 mph is horrible,near dangerous, (merging can be a near death experiance!!) it cannot spin its tires from a dead start on ice and I am serious no joke but after about 20-30 feet and some rpm it takes off like crazy,hope I can find some solutions on the PHP web site thinking maybe a FICM reflash for a start.
