I've been bad....
Bill,
Over the past couple of days, I've been comparing some existing programming that I have been holding on to. I noticed something between the three files you sent me when I received the emulator and three that I have from a certain silver programmer..... I am not looking for ANY handouts on how-to or why....... What are the actual definitions for FN028, FN029A, and FN029B? What are the values for the non-defined axis (pointer)? They make a HUGE difference in how badly the truck surges while going downhill at cruise speed. I'd like to figure out what is actually being altered here and why it makes a difference. Thanks a bunch! |
FN028 is the Mass Fuel Desired normalizer (X-Axis) for the Fuel Injection Pulsewidth table.
FN029A is the ICP normalizer (Y-Axis) for the Adder to Pulsewidth Multiplier. FN029B is the ICP normalizer (Y-Axis) for the Start of Injection Offset. |
Thank you, Bill.
