ECU tweaking for Land Rovers?

this might be in the wrong place to ask but i'm looking for a place that can make custom tunes for my wifes land rover. bill, have you done any for these vehicles?

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about LandRover tuning. Any idea what the PCM looks like and who manufactures it? Also, is this a gas or a diesel?
