ring and pinion
Guys i wanna run 38" tires what is the best ratio i can go for ?
my truck is 2004 and the gear ratio is 3.73, well i want to know how many in inches is my diff ? cuz i wanted to buy superior brand and they asked me about the size . and what brand should i use ? any suggestions please ? |
If you have the 5.4L then you have a 9.75 rear end.
With 37's I would go with 4.88's definitely. And dont forget to do the gears on the front also (4wd only). |
OK .. thanx but you know i don`t know what should i buy ?
ring and pinion only ? and what brand ? |
Give Randy's Ring and pinion a call, they will hook you up!
Yukon Gear is what we use. |
On the support page of PHP's website there is a gear calculator:http://dygytalworld.ehost-services13.../_Support.html
Do a search for Randy's ring and pinion. Probably the best quality and at the best prices. JMHO |
