Guys i wanna run 38" tires what is the best ratio i can go for ?
my truck is 2004 and the gear ratio is 3.73, well i want to know how many in inches is my diff ?
cuz i wanted to buy superior brand and they asked me about the size .
and what brand should i use ?
any suggestions please ?

If you have the 5.4L then you have a 9.75 rear end.

With 37's I would go with 4.88's definitely. And dont forget to do the gears on the front also (4wd only).

Do a search for Randy's ring and pinion.
Probably the best quality and at the best prices.

:2thumbs: I was just looking for their name to post it...of course I couldn't remember where I wrote it down. And just to add to it....everyone I have talked to wouldn't use anything other than Yukon gears.

You are looking for install kits for both front and rear. Also you are looking for ring and pinions for front and rear.
