Peeled the Banks badges off today..
The Adrenaline HPOP with PHP programming is sick. I read somewhere on here that a guy broke the tires loose going from 2nd to 3rd. I did that too on the 120 race tune (on a dry road). Crazy.
:3gears: I have a question about trans line pressure and whether or not I should be running the TransCommand with the PHP tunes? I can't find my Banks bypass plug for the transcommand - is this causing any harm? Right now hard throttle shifts on either 80 daily or 120 race feels like a horse is kicking the back of my seat - is that ok? I guess when a u-joint lets go.... |

As to the trans command, you may find the shifting is better with the trans command completely uninstalled. If you're getting mule-kicked on shifts, that's definitely not good for the tranny. A firm shift is one thing... hammering into the next gear is something else entirely. The odd thing about the trans command is that even with the bypass plug, it still seems to affect shifting. Any more, I just tell folks to just completely remove it. Take care. |

Feels great peeling those stickers off doesn't it.:howdy:

Stickers are now on my toolboxes in the garage, and the Ottomind chip is here on my home office desk. Can't seem to get any buyers on c'list.
Hey 907dave - I was just through North Pole on my from F'banks to / from Ft Greely. You ever been to the Silver Gulch Brewery out in Fox? |
Yeahhh buddy! They have soooo many different kinds of beer there its unreal! Have you ever tried the crazy monkey, at least I think that's what its called, I can remember much from that evening.:whistle1:
So are you at Greely now? |
Hey Dave - no, not at Greely now, but will be back up that way in early to mid March. Always stay at Pikes Lodge and last time I went through I did some "ice road trucking" on the river behind the hotel (rental truck, not my PSD though)!!! :cheesy smile:
|
LOL.......Just the other day a guy was crossing there and his truck broke through. He was in the water for over ten minutes before someone came and fished him out.
Guess he was ok though. |
