Power Hungry Performance Forum

Hi Everyone!
It's my 1st time on the forum. I have a '05 F150 FX/4 with a 5.4L and auto trans. It has 115k and I absolutely love it. I recently installed a Spectre CAI and a friend suggested the Gryphon as THE ONLY programer to consider. I trust his opinion.
I'm getting ready to order mine and have a couple of questions:
A) About how long does it take from the time I order until I would receive the programer? I know it's a small company and have been told it takes a while. I've also been told it is worth the wait. I'm excited about getting one!
B)Do I pay for the programer at the time I place my order, or will I be billed before it ships? I intend to use my bank card and order soon.
C) I notice a ton of parameters on the order form. My truck is stock except for the CAI. This may be a dumb question but how much do you need to know besides the general info on the truck and the fact that I have a CAI as the only mod?
D) I intend to add e-fans this summer, will that require any additional programming when that is done?
